Pinchas "Pini" Althaus, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Althaus previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Golden River Resources Corporation from October 2003 to April 2006. Prior to joining Golden River, he was Director of Investor Relations & Business Development for Tahera Diamond Corporation.  From 2000 to 2003 Mr. Althaus was the Director of Business Development for Ambient Corporation, which provides power line communications technology.  While at Ambient, Mr. Althaus played a major role in capital raisings for the Company. Mr. Althaus has also lived and worked in China, providing consulting services to North American companies conducting mining and exploration activities there. Mr. Althaus was educated in Melbourne, Australia at the Yeshivah College and graduated from Rabbinical College in Israel and New York. Mr. Althaus' family has been involved in mining and exploration in Australia for more than 25 years, and has been credited with some of Australia's most notable gold discoveries.

Chaim Lebovits, President & Director

Mr. Lebovits controls ACC Holdings, a company active in gold mining and oil and gas exploration and production in Africa, as well as new and emerging biotechnologies. Mr. Lebovits has been at the forefront of mining and natural resource management in emerging markets, especially the African region, for close to a decade. Mr. Lebovits has a strong track record of negotiating successful transactions with and on behalf of various African governments and international mining companies.

Diego E. Roca, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Roca has over 15 years of experience in financial management, operations, public (SEC) filings, cash management and internal controls. From 1995 until 2004 he worked with Digitec 2000, Inc., where he began his career as Digitec's Controller. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and finally Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From November 2004 until February 2007, Mr. Roca served as a consultant to various companies, including Dominion Minerals. Mr. Roca joined Dominion Minerals full-time in March 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Roca received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College in 1992.
